How to Create an Account

  1. Go to holocard.net
  2. Click "Register" or "Sign Up"
  3. Enter your card number (found on the back of your card)
  4. Provide your email address and create a password
  5. Complete your profile information
  6. Verify your email address
  7. Log in and start managing your card!

Note: You don't need an online account to use your Holo Card, but it makes management much easier.

Understanding Your Balance

💰 Stored Value

This is the cash amount loaded on your card. Each time you tap to ride, the fare is deducted from this balance.

Example: If you have $20 stored value and tap for a $3 ride, your new balance will be $17.

🎫 Active Passes

If you've purchased a Day Pass, 7-Day Pass, or reached the monthly cap, this will show your active passes and their expiration dates.

Note: When you have an active pass, rides don't deduct from stored value.
