How much does a new Holo Card cost?

$2 for a new card or replacement card. This is a one-time fee - you can reload and reuse the same card indefinitely.

What's the minimum reload amount?

$3 minimum load or reload. There's no maximum limit.

Can I buy a card at the airport?

Not directly at the airport, but ABC Stores in Waikiki (a short bus/taxi ride) sell Holo Cards. You can also order online before your trip.

Do retail stores accept cash for reload?

Most retail locations accept cash for reloads. Online and phone reloads require credit/debit card.

How long does online delivery take?

New cards ordered online take up to 10 business days to arrive by mail. Reloads to existing cards are instant.

Can tourists buy Holo Cards?

Absolutely! Anyone can purchase an adult Holo Card. Just visit any retail location or order online.
